The American airline was founded in 1929 in the state of Louisiana, USA. Its history goes back however until 1924 when in Macon, Georgia was created the first aerial for the fumigation of fields called Huff Daland Dusters. In 2008, Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines were merged with the goal of reducing costs and expanding the offer for passengers. Currently, the company’s main headquarters is Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta Airport. Delta Air Lines is one of the largest transatlantic airlines in the world. It offers connections to more than 700 cities and operates routes from the USA. To Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and Canada, also has a wide range of internal connections in the US.
